URDEFI LEGAL

Terms and Conditions

Effective

These terms explain the conditions for using UrDefi's websites, accounts, independent interfaces, AI tools, and any plans or credits available for purchase. Read the transaction and payment information shown for the specific feature before you use it.

1. Operator and scope

UrDefi is operated by Stinky Cheese IP LLC, based in Delaware, USA. Contact legal@urdefi.com about these terms, billing, or service issues. These terms cover urdefi.com and UrDefi-operated interfaces that link to them. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling and is not a request to consent to every processing activity.

Use only services available to you under applicable law. Accounts, paid services, and transaction features are intended for people aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to do so. Do not use a feature where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

2. What UrDefi provides

UrDefi provides DeFi information, news links, research tools, account services, and independent interfaces. Available features vary by interface, network, configuration, and plan. A coming-soon label is not a commitment to a release date or a paid entitlement.

UrDefi is independent of Aave and other protocols unless an express statement says otherwise. Protocol names and marks identify the relevant third parties; they do not imply endorsement or affiliation. Third-party protocols, wallets, networks, and publishers operate under their own rules.

The interface does not give UrDefi control of your wallet keys. Account sign-in by wallet signature is different from a blockchain transaction or a token-spending approval. You remain responsible for reviewing each request in your wallet.

3. Your account

Keep your sign-in methods secure and use only identities and wallets you are authorized to use. Do not impersonate others or attempt unauthorized account access. A saved or watched address is a research reference, not proof of ownership or spending authority.

Connecting an interface authorizes its supported account access until you revoke the connection or it expires. Review the connection information before continuing. Signing out, disconnecting, removing a saved wallet, and deleting an account have different effects; none reverses a blockchain transaction or automatically revokes a token allowance.

Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for your own authorized activity; responsibility for unauthorized charges or account compromise remains subject to applicable law.

4. Information and AI limitations

Content and AI responses provide general educational information. They are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a suitability assessment, or a recommendation to buy, sell, supply, borrow, or allocate funds. No return, safety level, eligibility, or profit is guaranteed.

AI can produce incorrect or incomplete answers. Market data, prices, balances, rewards, rates, protocol parameters, and calculations can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Source links do not guarantee accuracy. Check the underlying protocol, network, asset, contract, and transaction details before acting.

Ur Questions cannot sign transactions, move funds, or vote for you. A read-only explanation or simulation does not authorize an action. Practice or local-test results do not establish live-network behavior. History availability can vary; keep copies you need and do not rely on UrDefi as your only archive.

5. Wallet and protocol risks

Blockchain and DeFi activity can result in loss of some or all assets. Risks include smart-contract defects, exploits, malicious tokens or approvals, phishing, oracle or bridge failures, liquidation, changing interest rates, insufficient liquidity, stablecoin depegging, governance changes, network outages, and transaction-ordering effects.

You choose the wallet, network, token, recipient, protocol route, amount, and approvals. Review simulations and final wallet prompts carefully; a successful preview is not a guarantee that the eventual transaction will succeed or have the same outcome. Confirmed transactions may be irreversible, and network fees can be payable even when an action fails.

UrDefi does not insure deposits, guarantee protocol solvency or uninterrupted availability, or promise that it can recover funds. A disclaimer does not exclude responsibility or rights that applicable law makes non-excludable.

6. Plans, credits, and payments

The account and checkout screens show the applicable price, currency, included features, billing period, and any disclosed taxes or additional charges before payment. Only a confirmed payment creates the relevant paid entitlement. Opening checkout, signing a message, or reaching a return page is not proof of payment.

Where offered, card subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel renewal through the plan controls or supported billing portal. The account shows the effective end date; cancellation normally preserves access through the paid period. Plan changes can create a prorated charge or credit shown by the payment provider. A one-time credit purchase does not itself create a recurring subscription.

Monthly plan credits are used before banked purchased credits. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of the relevant billing period. Purchased credits do not expire while the service and account remain available. Credits are service entitlements, not cryptocurrency, an investment, a deposit, or a promise of cash redemption. Access to advanced tools can still require an eligible plan.

AI charges depend on the selected tool, mode, and usage. A credit balance does not guarantee a fixed number of messages. Review the available usage and pricing information before making a request. Future pricing changes apply prospectively and remain subject to any notice, consent, and consumer rights required by law.

New wallet or stablecoin purchases may be disabled even where an existing payment can still be reconciled. When a wallet payment is offered, check the supported network, exact token, amount, destination, and extra network fees. Do not send funds to an address or network other than the one shown in the payment flow.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancelling renewal does not itself request a refund of an earlier charge. Contact legal@urdefi.com about duplicate charges, an incorrect balance, unauthorized billing, an unavailable purchase, or a refund request. Include the order reference where available, but do not send full card numbers or wallet secrets.

Any refund policy specifically disclosed before your purchase applies alongside these terms. Refunds and cancellations remain subject to applicable consumer law, including any mandatory withdrawal rights or remedies for faulty or undelivered services. Using digital content does not automatically waive a statutory withdrawal right; any legally required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained separately.

A confirmed refund or payment reversal can reduce the associated credit balance or entitlement. Deleting an account removes access to its balance and account features; export needed records and resolve billing questions first. Account deletion initiates cancellation of a managed card subscription before the account is removed; if that cancellation fails, the deletion can fail and you should contact us.

8. Acceptable use and content

Do not use UrDefi for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement, unauthorized access, distributing malware, bypassing access or billing controls, interfering with the service, or extracting another person's private information. Do not probe accounts or security controls without authorization. Respect reasonable technical and usage limits.

You retain rights in information you submit. You authorize UrDefi and the providers needed for your request to process it to deliver, secure, and administer the service as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership. Submit only information you have the right to provide.

UrDefi branding and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party news, software, data, and marks remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. AI output may be non-exclusive, inaccurate, or subject to third-party rights; UrDefi does not guarantee exclusive ownership or non-infringement.

9. Changes, suspension, and closure

We may maintain, update, restrict, or retire features, and may suspend access proportionately to address fraud, security incidents, legal requirements, material misuse, or non-payment. Where practicable and legally required, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Coming-soon features may change before release.

If a paid service is materially withdrawn, we will address remaining contractual obligations and applicable consumer remedies. Suspension or closure does not remove non-excludable refund or access rights. You can stop using the service, cancel renewal, revoke connections, or delete an account using the available controls.

10. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, UrDefi does not promise that information or service access will always be accurate, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Third parties control their protocols, networks, wallets, and services.

Responsibility for loss depends on the relevant facts, these terms, and applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or takes away mandatory consumer rights. There is no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver in these terms.

11. Questions, disputes, and updates

Contact legal@urdefi.com so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using a court, regulator, or other remedy available under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring a claim in your home jurisdiction remain intact.

We will show the version date when these terms change and provide additional notice where required for material changes. Changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases or remove accrued rights. If a change requires new agreement under applicable law, we will request it. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
